When to use?
1) After inanimate subject
Gakkou wa eki no tonari ni arimasu.
= The school is beside the station.
2) After (object) noun + ga
Heya ni wa terebi ga arimasuka.
= Does the room have a Television.
3) After ta-form of verb + koto + ga
Yokohama ni yon kai itta koto ga arimasu.
= I've been to Yokohama four times.
4) After te-form of verb
Mado wa akete arimasu.
= The window is open (Somebody open it).
