Meaning: (Have) just (done), Exactly, Precisely
When to use?
1) It is used with ta-form of verb, followed by tokoro (or bakari) + da or desu.
Choudo shukudai o oeta tokoro desu.
= I've just finished the homework.
Choudo ima tsuita bakari da.
= I've just arrived.
2) Before number expression
Choudo juu ji ni kite kudasai.
Please come at ten sharp.
