Dekiru
Meaning: Can perform something, can be done, be finished, be ready, be made, be performed.
When to use?
1) After (object) noun + ga
Otobaiku no unten ga dekimasu ka.
= Can you drive a motorcyle?
2) Used as intransitive verb
Shukudai ga dekimashita.
= The homework is finished.
Asagohan no youji ga dekimashita.
= Preparation for breakfast is finished.
Ekimae ni atarashii gakkou ga dekimashita.
= A new school has been built in front of the train station.
